| EV9376 is a digital controller for electric combi ovens. The instrument has got: - real time clock - alarm buzzer - 2 analog inputs for J/K thermocouples or for 2 wires Pt 100 probes (according to the model; room probe and core probe) - 2 digital inputs (on/stand-by and multipurpose) - 6 digital outputs (electromechanical relays) for temperature regulation, grill, steam injection and fan management and for a fifth and a sixth load control (programmable as airhole, reversal - of the direction of rotation of the fan, chamber light, steam generator, alarm, acoustic or on/stand-by); each relay rating is 8 res. A @ 250 VAC - serial port with MODBUS communication protocol. The device can manage: - cookings by time - cookings at core - steam cookings - cookings at grill - continuous cookings. Each cooking can be preceded by a preheating phase. Through the real time clock it is possible to program up to 14 start up hours, for a maximum of 12 combinations of days (from Monday to Friday, from Monday to Saturday, on Saturday and on Sunday, etc.). Through the programs it is possible to combine up to 5 types of cookings, for a maximum of 10 combinations of types. At the programmed start up the controller works with the settings stored in a program; each program can also be started manually. The device looks in standard case 96 x 96 mm (3.779 x 3.779 in); the user interface is made of a 3 digits + 4 digits + 1 digit custom display (with function icons) and 6 buttons (set, up/airhole, down/steam injection, programs, multipurpose and programmed start up/on ... stand-by). Installation is by panel, with the screw brackets supplied by the builder. Through the programming key EVKEY (to order separately) it is possible to make the upload and the download of the configuration parameters. Through a serial interface (to order separately) it is also possible to connect the controller to the set-up software system Parameters Manager or to the plants monitoring and supervision one RICS (via TTL, with MODBUS communication protocol). Among the several features one also highlights: - frontal protection degree IP54 - possibility to program both the quantity shown by the part at the top of the display and the one shown by the part at the bottom - temperature alarms management. |
