| EVC30S40 and EVC70S40 are a series of digital modules for electric bread and pizza ovens. The devices find a use in those circumstances where it is required to move gradually from an electromechanical management of an electric oven to an electrical one. The instrument with the greater hardware equipment has got: - alarm buzzer - 2 analog inputs for J thermocouples - 2 digital outputs (electromechanical relays) with loads direct connection; each relay rating is 5 res. A @ 250 VAC - port for encoder. The series is made up of 10 models; each model can manage a function of the oven ("easy" temperature regulation, "top-floor" temperature regulation, cooking timer or steam injection). The devices look in open frame board, for the full integration in the oven; the user interface is made of a 3 ½ digits custom display (with function icons) and at most 6 buttons. Installation is by back panel, with M3 threaded studs. Among the several features one also highlights: - high room temperature alarm (through the use of an incorporated sensor) - availability of models with function quick heating. |
