EVIF29RS is an insulated (input-output) serial interface for supervision systems.
The instrument is able to interface a RS-485 network of instruments (that support the EVCOBUS communication protocol) to the Personal Computer.
The interface is provided with a RS-232 input and a RS-485 output; two generic relays (which activity can be set through the supervision systems), an alarm relay and a buzzer, allow to signal at a distance working conditions outside the safety limits.
EVIF29RS case is 9 DIN modules and has been studied for DIN rail mounting.
