Controllers for blast chillers, with touch-keys, in split version
EVF 800 series is a range of elegantly designed controllers for the management of blast chillers.
Available in split version, the user interface consists of a display with touch keys and IP65 protection for easy cleaning.
The controllers have a 30 res. A @ 250 VAC electromechanical relay for the direct control of high power compressors, avoiding the use of contactors.
They are able to manage positive and negative blast chilling cycles, both temperature and time controlled (with “hard/soft” function); the temperature controlled cycles can be preceded by a test to verify the proper insertion of the needle probe.
The user interface installed from behind using double-sided adhesive tape enables it to be placed flush with the panel thus making it fit perfectly with the design of the unit.
