T/RH control panels for single-phase cold rooms
EVBOX1 500 is a range of control panels for the management of single-phase cold rooms with flexible options for temperature adjustment only, temperatuire adjustment with humidity reading/adjustment and temperatuire adjustment with pressure reading.
The panels have full-sealed relays (which are compliant with the standard EN 60079-15 and can be set for use with 21 different refrigerant gasses), two of which are rated load 30 res. A @ 250 VAC for direct control of high-power compressors and of the evaporator fan. They are capable of managing two compressors (both by step or alternated mode), a condenser overheat alarm system and functions such as energy saving, quick cooling and adaptive defrost.
Humidity can be detected by the EVCO proprietary probe EVHTP520 or a 4... 20 mA transducer and is managed in humidification/dehumidification mode with a neutral zone too. Pressure is detected by a 4... 20 mA transducer and triggers low or high pressure alarms (with or without compressor block) when exceeding certain thresholds whose value depends on the refrigerant gas in use.
Thanks to the Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity each model has as a standard or as an optional, it is possible to interact remotely with the unit through the EPoCA® cloud platform or through MODBUS TCP systems. The model with optional connectivity given by an external Bluetooth Low Energy module can interact on-site from a mobile device with the EVconnect® app.
