The EVOLVE COMBI controller, with its hardware enhanced by a 2 GHz Quad-core processor and built-in Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity, controls all the advanced functions of gastronomy and pastry-making combination ovens, whether they are electric or gas, offering a series of IoT features designed to make the work of manufacturers and end users easier. For this purpose, EVCO provides Elabora, a free-of-charge web-based tool which allows OEMs to independently customise new oven models and Gavius, an on-demand service which helps create, manage and align recipes online and offers HACCP and consumption reports.

Notice of merger by incorporation of ELSTEAM S.r.l. into EVCO S.p.A.
We inform you that the deed of merger by incorporation of ELSTEAM S.r.l. into the company EVCO S.p.A. was signed.
ELSTEAM S.r.l. will be dissolved and EVCO S.p.A. will take over, without interruption, all the legal rights and obligations of the absorbed company, continuing in full all existing commercial, contractual, administrative and operational relationships; therefore, it should be noted that the merger will not entail any interruption to operational activities nor any changes to the day-to-day management of existing commercial relationships.
