EV8 300 DECK is a range of compact controllers offering independent management of the power or temperature of the top and floor and are suitable for different types of electric bread and pizza deck ovens. The EV8 318 and 314 models control the heaters by electro-mechanical relays, while the EV8 328 model has two 12 VDC outputs for managing external SSRs.
The controllers have “weekly programmed switch-on”, “cooking timer” and “programs” functions. Models 318/328 also provide complete management of steam (generation, injection and venting) in both automatic and manual mode.
Energy savings are guaranteed, as the controllers of each level can be interconnected to centrally control energy consumption, modulating the power consumption of the oven so it does not exceed the conditions of the electricity supply contract.
Recipes and languages can be personalised by the user by simply compiling a spreadsheet file which is then uploaded to the oven’s controller via the USB port.
The standard 72x144 mm format has an interface with a 2.8” colour display with 13 capacitive keys and can be installed from the front of the panel.
Users can interact remotely with their equipment using the EPoCA® cloud platform with Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity (which also enables alternative or parallel control through MODBUS TCP). Onsite, they can interact from a mobile device with the EVconnect® app which uses Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity.
