Notice of merger by incorporation of ELSTEAM S.r.l. into EVCO S.p.A.
We inform you that the deed of merger by incorporation of ELSTEAM S.r.l. into the company EVCO S.p.A. was signed.ELSTEAM S.r.l. will be dissolved and EVCO S.p.A. will take over, without interruption, all the legal rights and obligations of the absorbed company, continuing in full all existing commercial, contractual, administrative and operational relationships; therefore, it should be noted that the merger will not entail any interruption to operational activities nor any changes to the day-to-day management of existing commercial relationships.
The corporate transaction is aimed at strengthening the group’s organisational and industrial integration, promoting greater operational efficiency, a broader distribution of expertise and a further consolidation of the services offered to customers, suppliers and partners.
