EV9 300 series is a range of thermotimers and controllers for the management of different typologies of electric ovens.
Available in compact 96 x 96 mm format. The user interface consists of a 2-line display with function icons, 6 keys and IP54 protection for easy cleaning.
Some controllers are able to manage the power supplied to the top and floor independently or the top temperature and the floor temperature, to manage different typologies of electric ovens.
Others also have the full steam management (generation, injection and airhole), both in automatic and manual mode, the “programmed weekly switch on”, “cooking timer” and “programs” functions (this last to store the cooking settings in a program to be selected and run later on) and energy saving strategies.
The controller is built into the front of the panel with screwed-in brackets.
